- Go to https://www.instagram.com/accounts/password/change.
- Log in with your login details or with your Facebook account.
- Enter your current password below, then enter the new password and confirm it. Press “Change password”.
- That's enough! Make sure to record your new secret password in a protected spot.

- Open the Instagram application.
- Log in with your login or Facebook account.
- Press the silhouette button for one person (bottom right of the screen).
- Place a 3-line button at the top right of the screen, one above the other, and press it.
- Now press the “ Settings ” bar at the bottom of the screen.
- A menu will open, and you should now select “ Accounts ".
- After entering your account settings, click on “ Password ".
- Instagram will now ask you for your current password, then you will have to enter the new password and finally repeat the new password to confirm.
- Congratulations! You have just changed your password successfully.

How to Change Instagram Password Without Email
- 1- On the login page you need to click on the Forgot password option to access the Instagram password reset page. If you want to "Reset by telephone number", pick the choice "Send an SMS" and enter your telephone number. This will directly send a link to reset your Insta account password.
- 2- If your authorized phone is linked to the Instagram account, you should receive an SMS in your message box containing a “password reset” link. Copy that link and open it in a browser.
- 3- As above, enter the new password provided in the fields twice. With the confirmation of your new password, you will be taken directly to your Instagram home page.
How to Reset Instagram password without phone number and email
- 1- To reset your password using Facebook, go to the login page of the Instagram application and log back into the application, where you will be prompted to log in to Instagram with your username or Facebook account.
- 2- Enter your Facebook username and password and tap “Login”.
- 3- Now you need to enter a new password twice in the “New password” fields. Then tap “Reset” to reset your Instagram password using Facebook.
- 4- Finally, click on the “Apply” button. You will be prompted to log out and log in to complete the blocking procedure.
Safety Tips on Instagram
- Do not share your Instagram password with anyone, family, or friends, it is personal and yours alone.
- If you log into a computer that is not yours, log out every time you finish using Instagram. You can also use "incognito mode" to prevent your browser from saving your data.
- Choose a password that is difficult to copy or discover. For example, adding uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as the use of strange numbers and symbols.
